Bay Imaging accepts most insurance plans. However, it is the patient's responsibility to verify insurance coverage and benefits prior to obtaining services. It is also the patient's and/or referring physician's responsibility to obtain any required prior authorization for services. Patients should bring a current copy of their health insurance card or other documentation of insurance coverage as well as the referral slip from their physician. As a courtesy, Bay Imaging will bill the patient's insurance company directly so long as correct billing information is provided at the time of service. A discount is given for cash payments in full at the time of service.
