Bay Medical Management, LLC, (BMMLLC) is a Management Services Organization (MSO) focused on practice management, professional and technical health care billing, clinical operations, provider contracting, finance and accounting, human resources, healthcare information technology, and marketing.
The organization was formed in 1998 to supply administrative and management support to Bay Imaging Consultants Medical Group, Inc.
Bay Medical Management LLC focuses on solving healthcare organizations’ problems with strategic and efficient solutions. The company performs billing and healthcare IT work for 12 hospitals and 40+ outpatient facilities in the Bay Area, and currently operates and manages partnership facilities with our hospital partners.
We are a privately held company located in Walnut Creek, CA. employing 100+ full-time administrative employees as well as over 100 technicians and care providers. Bay Medical Management, LLC partners with organizations to create customer-driven business solutions that improve our client’s productivity, profitability, and patient care.
Every member of our Senior Management is a member of the Radiology Business Management Association.
BMMLLC provides management services for East Bay Newborn Specialists, Inc., and Alta East Bay Pathology.
