The holiday season is a time for celebrating, a time to enjoy precious moments with loved ones, and a time to reflect on all of our blessings. This year has been an incredibly difficult one for many of us, and it’s been hard to see the positives during this pandemic. Despite the challenges of 2020, however, there’s still so much to be grateful for. From an amazing staff to the inspiring patients we’re lucky enough to work with, we’ve taken a moment to reflect on all the things we have to be thankful for this year.
#1: OUR BOARD-CERTIFIED RADIOLOGISTS.
It’s safe to say we have the best radiologists in the biz, and it’s something we thank our lucky stars for every single day. Our 100+ board-certified radiologists are experts at what they do and have trained at the top academic medical centers for residency and fellowship programs, but more than that they’re also incredible people. Every single one has their own story, and we’ve been so lucky to get to know them over the years. When you visit one of our locations you’ll be able to meet our incredible staff members firsthand, and we have no doubt that by the end of your visit you’ll be as thankful for them as we are!
#2: OUR INSPIRING PATIENTS.
At BICRAD, we’re thankful to be able to work with patients who inspire us to do better each and every day. Hearing your stories and witnessing your medical progress is what makes doing what we do worth it, and to be able to share in your journey is such a rewarding process. Everyone says it but for us, it’s actually true: you guys are quite literally the best patients anyone could ever ask for!
#3: BEING LOCATED IN THE BEAUTIFUL BAY AREA.
What’s not to be thankful for when you live in the Bay Area? We’re fortunate to have locations throughout the East and North Bay. Warm weather, beautiful scenery, and historic architecture are just a few things about Northern California that are our favorites, and we so often forget how lucky we are to see these things every single day.
#4: THE OPPORTUNITY TO GIVE BACK TO THE COMMUNITY.
We’re thankful to be able to give back to the community in a big way. Although COVID kept many of our favorite in-person charity events from taking place this year, we were still able to find creative ways to virtually support the causes that we care about! It wasn’t as easy (or maybe as fun) this year, but we’re thankful for the continued ability to help our community and for a team that makes giving back so much more fun!
#5: AN AMAZING TEAM OF HOSPITALS AND OUTPATIENT CENTERS.
We are thankful to be able to provide professional radiology services at East and North Bay hospitals while also operating five MRI and CT ACR accredited outpatient-imaging centers. Each of our locations has something that sets them apart, and being able to expand our reach and bring accessible, affordable imaging services to even more patients is something to be thankful for!
#6: BEING ABLE TO HELP PATIENTS THROUGH RADIOLOGY.
We’re always thankful to be able to serve our patients with the best radiology care. From diagnosing diseases to helping fight cancer, our radiology specialties can help with any ailment.
Even when it’s not the holiday season, our BICRAD team feels thankful for being located in a beautiful area and having such an amazing staff of talented radiologists.
