biography

Dr. So specializes in neuroradiology and serves as the Director of Neuroradiology. His is committed to providing the highest level of excellence in neuroimaging and helped implement the first functional MRI program in the east bay to focus on surgical planning to improve patient outcomes. Dr. So is adept at the most advanced neuroimaging techniques typically found only in academic hospitals, including fMRI, DTI fiber tracking, MR Spectroscopy, MR and CT Perfusion. Dr. So works with the Neuroscience Institute to maintain advanced certification as a Comprehensive Stroke Center to help treat the most complex stroke cases with the best outcomes. Dr. So also serves as the Department Chairman for the John Muir Medical Center, Concord Campus.
